The Architectural and Ornamental Iron Workers Local Union No. 63 will accept dues payments from members online through the iwlocal63.com website. Please read the below refund policy and procedures if you believe you remitted a payment in error or wish to request a refund.
Refunds:
The Iron Workers Local 63 refund policy lasts 30 days. You must request a refund within 30 days that your payment is made. If 30 days have gone by since your payment, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The Iron Workers Local 63 may be able to credit an overpayment in dues future forward in the event that you fail to request a refund within 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact the Iron Workers Local Union No. 63 at (708) 344-7727 or through email at admin@iwlocal63.com. In your request for a refund you must indicate when the payment was made, for which member, the amount of the payment, how you would like to be contacted, and the reason you wish to have a refund processed. Refunds will be given due to mistake in payment made by members, payments made in error by non-members, or over-payments made by members.
Once we receive your request for a refund with the appropriate information we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. The Iron Workers Local 63 reserves the right to deny any refund request based on fraud or misrepresentation.
If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, through the Architectural and Ornamental Iron Workers Local Union No. 63.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Reservation of Rights:
The Iron Workers Local 63 reserves all of its rights under the terms of this refund policy both in law and equity to make changes to this policy as it sees fit to meet the needs of the membership and continuity of operations of the Union.
